Kevin Bull

Kevin Bull has worked in the banking industry for over 20 years and is currently a senior consultant with CIBC. He has been actively involved in community service for some 25 years, working with organizational service users, developing programs and serving on boards of directors. Kevin has worked with the AIDS Committee of Windsor, the 1 in 10 Youth group, AIDS Vancouver, the McLaren Housing society, the Fillmore Family Foundation, and the Dr. Peter Centre, and was a founding organizer of Windsor’s first Pride event. He received three awards from the United Way of the Lower Mainland for developing and executing successful workplace campaigns. After relocating to Toronto in 2006 Kevin remained passionate about contributing his skills and experience to organizations that make a real difference in the LGBT community. “As a single entity, Community One uses its expertise to raise funds, evaluate submissions and allocate resources where they can have the greatest impact within our community,” he observes. “That impact is evident when you see what the beneficiaries of Community One do with those funds to enhance the lives of people within all demographics of our community.”

Craig is a senior benefits professional with 20+ years experience in delivering plan development, implementation, communication and administration of quality benefits programs for internal Mercer employees, and as a client-focused outsourcing service provider to Fortune 500 companies nationally and internationally. Currently, as Senior Associate, he oversees a national team of professionals focused on the implementation of new client programs. Mercer is recognized as a global leader in human resource consulting that helps employers create measurable business results through their people. He has numerous and varied interests including design, film, theatre and the arts, as well as travel and the discovery of people, places and cultures. Craig has volunteered his energies for numerous community fundraising events in the past, but is now delighted to offer a longer-term commitment to an organization that is positioning itself for an increased and important leadership role in our community.
Gene Jamieson
CIBCGene Jamieson has several years of experience in the financial service industry in sales, financial planning, training & development and Human Resources. He is currently a Diversity Consultant at CIBC and handles the corporate recruitment, retention and advancement strategies of CIBC’s diverse workforce which includes the LGBTTIQQ2S community. Gene holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from McMaster University, a Bachelors degree in Adult Education from Brock University and is currently working towards his Certificate in Human Resource Management at George Brown College. Born in Brantford, Ontario, Gene was raised on the Six Nations Indian Reserve. He joined the Toronto community in 2007 after several years of living in Hamilton and continues to maintain his Aboriginal roots with connections to Six Nations and his involvement on the board for the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto.
Reverend Linda M. Kasprzak
Astellas Pharma CanadaLinda Kasprzak has more than 30 years global experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry both in strategic planning and operation Management. She is the Director, Scientific Affairs with Astellas Pharma Canada; a company that is dedicated to improving the health of Canadians through innovative and reliable pharmaceutical products. In addition, Linda was recently ordained as a Minister in June 2010. Originally from England and living in Canada for 18 years, Linda’s volunteer interests have included fund raising for various causes through donation of her art work (Sophia Fund, Stephen Lewis Foundation, CNIB, etc), volunteer support of MCC Toronto and as an Associate Minister with her Seminary in New York, providing teaching programs and services.
Shelley Knox
RBC Dominion SecuritiesShelley Knox has over 12 years experience in the financial services industry. Her current role is that of Associate Investment Advisor with The Lester Wealth Management Group at RBC Dominion Securities. Shelley’s primary areas of focus are portfolio management, communications and service. Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Shelley graduated from McGill University with a Bachelors Degree in Education. Upon her arrival in Toronto, she attended the University of Toronto and completed a Diploma in Financial Analysis and Investment Management. Shelley is a sports enthusiast who enjoys rugby, hockey and cycling. She currently plays hockey with the Women’s Hockey Club of Toronto, which is one of the largest lesbian/lesbian-positive leagues in North America; she was the assistant coach for the Toronto gay men’s rugby club, Muddy York, for two seasons; and she raised funds for people living with AIDS (and cycled from Toronto to Montreal) on two different occasions as a participant of the annual PWA Bike Rally.
Andrea Love
Legacy Private TrustAndrea Love has more than five years experience in financial services and education. She is the Vice President, Operations at Legacy Private Trust, a boutique trust company specializing in trusts, estates, agencies, guardianships and foundations. She also teaches and coaches at the secondary level at a variety of independent schools in Toronto. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Education with an outdoor education specialization from Lakehead University.
Liz McLachlan
TELUSLiz McLachlan is the Strategic Alliance Director on the TELUS Customer Solutions team, managing the relationship with one of the top five strategic business partners. Liz joined TELUS in January 2007. As Alliance Director, Liz oversees the go-to-market partnership and strategy between key System Integrator partners and TELUS. Liz is a member of the TELUS LGBT Employee Resource group called ‘Spectrum’ and is a member of the national planning committee. She is the women’s outreach coordinator and the TELUS national Pride@Work representative. She has recently joined the ‘Out on Bay Street’ organization in an advisory role and participated in the 2010 event focused on LGBT Leadership for MBA grads on an executive panel.
Susan Mullin
CAMH FoundationSusan Mullin, CFRE brings more than 20 years of professional fundraising experience to her role as Vice President, Philanthropy, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Foundation which is currently undertaking the largest fundraising campaign in its history with a goal of $100 million in its first phase. Previously VP, Development York University Foundation, Susan had responsibility for a $200 million comprehensive campaign managing a team of major gift and related professional staff. From 1993 to 2000, Susan was Executive Director, Casey House Foundation. Susan’s board experience includes the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Greater Toronto Chapter Board of Directors where she served from 1999 to 2007 in various capacities including as President. She is past chair of the Canadian Government Relations Committee for AFP and sits on AFP’s Canada Council. Susan participated on Community One Foundation/LGCA Grants Allocation Committee (2002 to 2003) and on the Fundraising Committee Advisory Task Force. Most recently, she was a panellist at the LGBT Giving Network session on “What Women Want.”
